We specialize in working with teens, couples, and survivors of trauma. We are passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families to find secure connections with themselves and those that they love.

If you are in a relationship and are looking for a professional who understands how to help you in what seems like your never-ending relationship struggles, we are here for you! Our couples therapists are trained to help you with your ability to communicate with your partner. This can be done alone or with your partner.

We know that raising teens can be hard to do alone and there is no shame in developing a support team for your child. If your child was physically sick, you would take him/her to the doctor. If they are struggling in math, you may get them a tutor. Why not provide them with a competent, highly trained therapist to help them work through one of the most emotionally challenging times in their lives?

If you have suffered a trauma alone or even in your relationship (i.e. affairs, addiction), you do not have to be alone any longer. We are here to care for you as you find your way towards living again.

We believe it is through having secure relationships that we find hope and healing on this journey through life. It takes a lot of courage to come to therapy and expose your personal struggles.
